Organic directory ordering · Policy version 2026-08-04.1

Relevant first, with no paid organic advantage

Results are ordered consistently to help the closest useful matches appear first. Payment does not improve organic position.

Match to your search

Exact and close title matches come first, followed by matches in the searchable public information. This includes spelling-tolerant matching when a term is close but not exact.

Useful public information

When search relevance is otherwise similar, records with more complete approved public information may appear earlier. Missing optional information is not presented as a negative judgement.

Information freshness

The date on which public information was checked helps order otherwise similar results. It does not promise that every fact remains unchanged.

Separately established profile facts

Claim, identity, centre authority, and credential-review facts may help order otherwise similar records only when each fact is independently established. They never combine into a universal score.

A stable final order

When all earlier factors are equal, record type and permanent profile identity provide a consistent tie-breaker. This avoids unexplained reshuffling between visits.

No paid organic advantage

Payment does not improve organic position. Subscription status is not an organic-ranking input, and paid providers do not receive hidden preference in these results.
